Delete your Sapere account

You can delete your Sapere account at any time. This page explains how, and what happens to your data.

From the app or the website

This is the fastest route, and it takes effect immediately.

Sign in to your account, in the mobile app or on sapere.ai.
Open “My profile”.
Choose “Delete my account”, then confirm with your password.

If you can no longer access your account

App uninstalled, password lost, email address no longer reachable: write to us through the contact form and include the email address linked to the account. We verify your identity before any deletion, then handle the request manually.

What happens next

Your account is deactivated immediately: every device is signed out and signing in becomes impossible.
Your conversations, exercises, voice recordings and progress data are no longer reachable from our applications.
To have your data permanently erased from our servers, ask for it explicitly through the contact form: these requests are handled one by one.
